Classification
Heat-resistant conveyor belts are divided into ordinary heat-resistant belts and strong heat-resistant conveyor belts. The strength layer of ordinary heat-resistant belts is polyester-cotton canvas (CC56), and the strong layer of strong heat-resistant belts is EP (specifically divided into EP100 type and EP150 type. EP200 type, EP250, EP300 type, EP350 type, EP400 type, EP450 type, EP500 type, etc.).
use
It is mainly used in metallurgy, construction and other industries to transport high-temperature materials such as sinter, coke, cement clinker, etc. The material temperature does not exceed 800°C and the belt surface temperature does not exceed 220°C. Features: EPDM rubber is used as the covering layer, and the skeleton material is made of domestic high-temperature-resistant canvas. The unique formula design solves the key problems of high saturation of ethylene-propylene rubber, poor adhesion, and low inter-layer adhesion. . It has the characteristics of light belt body, long service life (about 2-4 times) and good heat resistance.
Product features
The heat-resistant conveyor belt is made of multi-layer rubber cotton canvas (polyester-cotton cloth) covered with high temperature-resistant or heat-resistant rubber and bonded together by high-temperature vulcanization. It is suitable for conveying hot coke, cement, slag and hot castings below 240°C. . 1. The specifications are the same as those of ordinary conveyor belts. 2. The product complies with HG2297-92 and GB/T20021-2005 standards. 3. Heat-resistant conveyor belts can be divided into five types: Type I: can withstand a test temperature of no more than 100°C, with a maximum short-term operating temperature of 150°C, code T1. Type Ⅱ: can withstand a test temperature of no more than 125°C, with a maximum short-term operating temperature of 170°C, code T2. Type III: can withstand a test temperature of no more than 150°C, with a maximum short-term operating temperature of 200°C, code T3. Type IV: can withstand a test temperature of no more than 175°C, with a maximum short-term operating temperature of 400°C, code T4. Type V: can withstand a test temperature of no more than 240°C, with a maximum short-term operating temperature of 600°C, code T5.
