1. Check the non coincidence between the transverse axis of the roller and the longitudinal axis of the belt transportation. Nylon conveyor belts are suitable for conveying a variety of non corrosive and non sharp small, granular, and powdery materials at room temperature, such as coal, petroleum coke, sand, concrete, and other bulk or finished items. It can reasonably reduce transportation costs and establish high-speed, large-span, and long-distance transportation. If the non coincidence value exceeds 3 millimeters, the elongated mounting holes on both sides of the roller set should be used for adjustment. The specific method is to determine which side of the conveyor belt is biased and which side of the roller group moves forward towards the direction of the conveyor belt.
2. Check the error values of the two planes for installing the bearing seats on the head and tail frames. If the error between the two planes exceeds 1 millimeter, adjust the two planes to be in the same plane. The adjustment method for the overhead drum is as follows: if the conveyor belt deviates towards the right side of the drum, the seat bearing on the right side of the drum should move forward or backward, or the seat bearing on the left side should move backward; If the conveyor belt deviates towards the left side of the drum, the seat bearing on the left side of the drum should move forward or backward, or the seat bearing on the right side should move backward. The adjustment method of the tail end barrel is exactly opposite to that of the top barrel.
3. Check the position of the material on the conveyor belt. If the material is not vertically centered on the cross-section of the conveyor belt, it will cause the direction of the conveyor belt to deviate.
